I just ordered my print! How long will it take to be delivered?
We make sure your order is printed and sent to you within 3 days of your order! Depending on where you live in the world, shipping can range from 5 to 15 days.
Do we ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world!
How will my print be delivered?
All our prints are printed with the finest printing technology and are delivered safely in a sturdy cardboard tube after they go through a thorough in-house quality control. The tube will contain the print and the certificate of authenticity, signed and numbered by the artist. If by exception your print is signed and numbered by the Artist or you have ordered an Original Artwork then there will be no Certificate of Authenticity since the work is already signed.
Is it possible to return a purchase?
All prints are printed according to your needs in the quality and size of the paper you choose, so we can not return the print, but we are happy to replace it for you in the unlikely event that has been damaged by the shipment. If printing has been damaged through shipping or some other quality issue, please let us know at info@printsin.com. Print must be returned at the purchaser’s expense within 30 days of receipt of the print and a new print will be sent to you at no charge. What if I want to send the print to a shipping address that is different to the billing address?
If you want us to send your print to an address other than your billing address please specify it in the Delivery Address as you place your order. If it is sent as a gift and for reasons of discretion you do not want the invoice of purchase to be in the package, you must specify so by selecting the Gift box as you place your order and a separate invoice will be sent via mail to your billing address.
What are the dimensions of the prints?
Most of our limited edition prints are available in three sizes, 50×35, 50×70 and 70×100. Just select the size you want to add the print to your Basket. If you have a special size request you can send us an email and we will be happy to see if it is possible.
Is a Limited Edition Print signed by the Artist?
Your Limited Edition Print from PrintSin is of museum quality. It is printed on archival quality paper (100% Cotton) available in two weights 200gr and 330gr. Some prints are signed and numbered by the Artist and others are accompanied by a “Certificate of Authenticity”, signed and numbered by the Artist. All Original Artwork will be signed by the Artist.
Which methods of payment are accepted on the PrintSin online shop?
We use the secure worldwide online payment systems of PayPal and Viva Wallet in order to keep all transactions secure and simple. There is also an option of direct deposit to our bank account. For those customers who would like to pick up their print directly from our offices and avoid shipping costs, there is an option of payment with cash.
Is the PrintSin Online Shop secure and is my personal data protected?
Your credit card details are never stored on our website and are solely processed by PayPal through the PayPal payment gateway. In addition to this, our website is using a powerful SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption SSL Certificate that encrypts sensitive data that users submit – such as credit card numbers, password and more – so hackers or other online criminals can’t read it.
