By accessing or using printsin.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw items without notice.

Images on the site represent the artwork as accurately as possible, but colour variations may occur due to screen differences.

4. Payments

We accept credit/debit cards (via WooPayments), PayPal, and cash on collection.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. PrintSin does not store card information.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within three days of acceptance.

Standard worldwide shipping cost is €10 (incl. VAT).

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 days, subject to destination and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

6. Returns and replacements

• Prints: Each print is made to order and cannot be returned for refund. If your print arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days at sales@printsin.com. Return the item (at your expense) to PRINTSIN, Patision 81, 1st Floor, 10434 Athens, Greece, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
• Original artworks: Refunds or returns are not accepted. If the work has been damaged in transit, contact originals@printsin.com for assistance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (images, text, logos, artwork, and design) is owned by PrintSin or its artists and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintSin shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or purchase of its products.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. date.
