Iosif Foskolos (b.1986) was born and raised on the island of Tinos, Greece. From a young age, he showed a strong passion toward both visual and applied arts. He studied Interior Architecture at the University of West Attica and has since been based in Athens, where he also works as a freelance graphic designer.

His passion for artistic expression led him in recent years to begin creating his own body of work. His practice focuses on abstract compositions using mixed media, combining thread embroidery and painting on canvas. His works are defined by earthy tones, occasional bursts of vivid color, linear patterns—often symmetrical—and an overall warm, relaxed atmosphere.

His pieces have been featured in hospitality spaces, such as the Parīlio Hotel in Paros, and he maintains collaborations with curated international design platforms. Follow Iosif on Instagram
